On May 16, 2015, Glenn and I celebrated 40 years of marriage. On June 12, 2015 we will leave for 40 days of cycling in France. We'll be with friends, Dan and Sue Steelquist, for the first three weeks, then finish up on our own. We plan to camp, stay in Bed and Breakfasts, find adventure, and eat well. Preparation has included practicing with loaded panniers, packing minimally, fitting in a practice camping trip at Birch Bay State Park, reading lots of cycling blog posts and pulling up maps on-line. We are excited!
